Get a Library Card

1.      To obtain an adult library card, picture identification showing date of birth and proof of permanent address by providing a piece of received mail must be shown. Must be a Crook County resident.

2.      Library cards from any Wyoming library will be honored, providing the individual’s computer record shows no outstanding overdues or fines over $5.00.  The individual must present picture identification with the library card.

3.      A temporary patron card may be issued to any adult who will be in the county for less than 90 days, or who cannot present identification showing permanent address.  A $25.00 deposit is required.  The temporary card is only good for one year.  The deposit will be refunded when all materials are returned and the records are cleared and the patron indicates that he/she is leaving the area.

We will comply with the “WYLD Card Policy” adopted by the WYLD Network Governing Board and Regional Council.

Card number & PIN

Library online resources and account services require you to enter your library card number (located on the back of your library card, if you have it in your possession) and PIN.  Your PIN is the password associated with your account.  You may request your library card number and/or PIN here.  If you do not have a valid email address, please call or ask for assistance at your local library.
