Library Board Training
This handbook will acquaint you with several aspects of the position. The first three sections – general overview, effective meetings, and board communication – provide basic information for all board members. The latter sections on parliamentary procedure, open meetings and agency/organization specific information are reference information.
This is the on-line training for Wyoming’s county-appointed board members. This online training program was designed to complement the County-Appointed Board Member Handbook and provides a basic introduction for serving as a county board member.
